Meditation, sound bath and holistic healing – Parent Wellbeing Programme exclusive to parents and carers engaged with Craighalbert – starting 12th Nov for 4 weeks (6pm-7.30pm)
Therapeutic Art Sessions for unpaid carers on Thursdays 12.30pm-2.30pm (started on 12th Sept) at Motherwell Library
The Therapeutic Art – parent group starting back from 7th Nov with the Chryston High School parents – Thursdays, 5.3pm0-7pm for 6 weeks (with Bazooka Arts – Arts for Greater Health and Wellbeing for 4 weeks).
