Little Blue – Suicide Prevention

Little Blue – Suicide Prevention

Little Blue is a new charitable service providing suicide prevention peer support across Pan Lanarkshire. Their mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts or affected by suicide, with a focus on compassion, connection, and hope.

Peer support is at the heart of what Little Blue do. It is an evidence-based approach that brings together individuals with lived experience to support others through shared understanding and empathy. Research and lived experience both show that peer support helps reduce isolation, increase wellbeing, and ultimately saves lives.

Little Blue currently offer the following weekly peer support groups for women aged 18 and over within North Lanarkshire:

  • Mondays, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM at Tannochside Community Centre

They accept both self-referrals and referrals from services. Referrals can be made quickly and easily via email—please see the below attached Information Booklet for more details, the services we offer, and background information about our founders.
