Full of Beans – Free Family Fun!

Full of Beans is a fun, free 10-week healthy lifestyle programme for children aged 18 months – 5 years and their families across Lanarkshire.

Sessions include learning simple healthy lifestyle tips from trained NHS staff, joining in the Full of Beans song, and enjoying exciting games together.

Family members welcome!

New block running from Monday 22nd September and will last 10 weeks.
