The Wise Group are now accepting referrals from partners in North Lanarkshire for the service and their eligibility criteria is listed below:
- In or at risk of poverty
- Caring responsibility for children living in the household either consistently or part of the week
- Willing to engage with their mentor
- Live in North Lanarkshire
